Jailbreak: Source server hosting is also available from JailbreakServers.com. Here's a guide to the pricing:

1.00GBP per slot
1.00GBP for Unbranding (No link required in the server name)
1.00GBP for a public server (non-passworded)

For example, a 12 slot public server would cost 13GBP plus 5% PayPal fees.
